We loved the place, we have gone to all the hotels in the Clock Tower Rotana, Pull Man and more but for the price, and luxury, they have the best-trained staff who speaks amazing English, well mannered, even the way the staff carries them carries themselves shows the training behind them, Also, we noticed that the staff is not nosy like the other hotels and does not get in your business. Another excellent part is the housekeeping is available anytime and they do a fabulous job each time. They will text you and make sure if you need anything they will get it done for you. Another feature Valet parking is the best here literally the best here. Let's Talk about Food and restaurants they have fresh juices for breakfast, they have chefs making meals right in front of your eyes. and if you want to order food for room service you are going to enjoy it even more in the privacy and comfort of your room sharing and enjoying a great warm meal will make your heart melt and you will create the best memories here. With the sound of the Azan and the beautiful view of the haram, your eyes will tear up and you will never want to leave this place. The Reception has absolutely friendly and well-mannered staff. You will notice even the way they will give you the key shows the appreciation they have for you as their valued client and at times will take you to the elevator to show you the way to go. They will take a moment to explain which tower has the gym and the timings for men and women are offered. Not to mention Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah has four towers to serve you better, They have fabulous locations throughout the world. So no matter where you go they have you covered. Also, another secret to saving money is to go on their site and book it directly. Some of the locations to serve you are London, Dubai, Capri, Maldives, Kuwait Bali, Mallorca, and more

Excellent staff, from the entrance till the time we entered our room the staff were extremely pleasant and respectful. At check-in Ibrahim was amazing, very friendly and was kind enough to upgrade our rooms to a junior suite partial Haram view and Delux room full Haram view, as both my booking were only for Delux partial Haram view. As we had an infant crawling around, the junior suite couldn't be more perfect and the view from the Delux full Haram view was breathtaking. The rooms were of excellent quality, spacious and clean. The amenities were amazing & replenished every day. House keeping was efficient and quick. Special thanks to Riyadh & Roni who made sure we had everything we needed in our rooms and was cleaned everyday. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing, definitely spoilt for choice and the quality of food was very good. Special thanks to Batool, Zubair, Ibrahim, Alimudeen and Rawwaan, their hospitality was exceptional. There was constant attention by them and made sure we were satisfied at all times. The location is perfect. You stand right across the Umrah gate 79. From the hotel to the Umrah gate it will take you a maximum of 5 minutes. The location cannot be better. Refreshments such as Arabic coffee, dates and juice are constantly available at the hotel. The prayer room at the hotel is extremely comfortable and convenient. As we are not perfect and can always improve in ourselves, honestly, I have nothing negative to say or for any improvement, as we enjoyed our experience at Jumeirah Makkah and left extremely happy Inshallah when we decide to do our next Umrah, without doubt we will choose Jumeirah Makkah.

Highlight of our stay was the guys in the restaurant, so welcoming and always greeting everyone with a smile. Really makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Restaurant managers are doing a fabulous job ensuring everything is running smoothly at all times Masha'Allah. The rooms are designed beautifully and the beds were so comfortable. Not to forget the bathroom power shower was a delight and much appreciated when you like to shower throughout the day. Alhamdulillah, during our 2 month stay here, out of all the hotels we've stayed in, and we've stayed in a few 5 star hotels, Jumeirah Makkah has to be one of the best. I'm sorry to say but the other well known hotels are not on par with Jumeirah, the quality of food and service is unmatched. We have been so impressed with the service and standard offered that I cancelled another hotel reservation we had booked and re booked our final 5 nights in makkah with Jumeirah again. And last but but not least, I would like to say a huge Jazakallah Khair to Fadil and Team for being very accommodating and always happy to help. May Allah swt reward you all for your efforts.

Location was perfect very close the the Kabba. The rooms and beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern with all essential provided as complimentary. Literally could take just 4 mins from your room to the mosque via the plenty of available lifts. The staff were very good and helpful, allowed us a complimentary late checkout. Lots of local restaurants and shops and shoppong malls just outside and it is also right next to the clock tower which has a massive food court. I would stay here again.

- Just a short walk to the Masjied, very convenient for people who want to pray all 5 prayers in the Masjied - Spacious rooms, beautiful lobby, not crowed at all, Luxury! - Beautiful prayer room inside the hotel also - Jumeirah is a luxury hotel chain from United Arab Emirates. This was one of the reasons I booked this hotel because I did not want to support ``the other big international hotel chains``. My money My Choice. #FreeP*lestine
